We all have relations in our life sometimes we get so attached to someone that we can’t think ourselves without the. Unfortunately, if we can’t stay with that person it will hurt us deeply and will break some parts of us.
Everyone faces situations like this in their life. Some in their childhood or some in adulthood but if we ain’t strong enough ‘internally’ to face losses like this then we may not be able to live a life peacefully and happily. We should try to be strong to face losses both financially and mentally.

Becoming a better version of ourselves is what a person should do in his or her life. We may face a lot of breakdowns in our lives but we should always try hard to keep our back strong and face the difficulties which life is throwing upon us.


For becoming strong we should have a strong control over our own emotions. Emotions are an integral part of our lives so emotional control is very important.

Emotional control is about learning to stay calm and being patient with ourselves and people around us. Emotions are something which can’t get corrupted easily or change easily. We should always try to accept our emotions the way they are as this is the way which will lead us to our personal development and happy life.

For becoming more strong internally and externally we should be in a good and calm environment. People around us have a very strong impact on our lives so we should always try to maintain a good environment around us as this is what will affect us in long and short run both. Sometimes we have to let go of the people we love in our lives. It’s difficult of letting go of people who we love but we should try and do it for ourselve. As this will make us more strong in our lives. Letting go of a person or possession can lead us to a happy life.


We should never forget that everything happens for a good reason and God have a better plan for us. All we have to do is stay calm and be patient with ourselves and the situations around us. Good things take time to happen.

Life is all about finding happiness in small things. We should learn to appreciate everything around us. When we are relaxed we even smile while watching insects, a relaxed soul is the happiest soul. So, we should learn to keep our soul relaxed and mind calm.

A trip can help us to reduce our stress in many ways. The change in environment helps our mind and body in creative thinking. When we go to new places we meet new people, socialising with different type of people enables us to see the world with a new perspective. We learn how to communicate with people who have different personalities. We adapt new habits. WE RELAX.

One should never think that relaxing our mind and soul is not important, it’s as much important as earning money.
