Many of us would be already having the best of the playlist on different apps like Spotify or YT music. When we listen to music we feel those ๐•–๐•ž๐• ๐•ฅ๐•š๐• ๐•Ÿ๐•ค which the writer wants to convey. That’s the reason we get attached to some songs or artist, because they are showcasing our internal emotions in one way or the other.

Different researchs have shown that music helps in reducing anxiety, blood pressure. It improves our mental health issues, sleep quality, mental alertness and memory.
